March 11 I went to see Edith and Len around 1:00 p.m. today. · Edith started telling me stories. She had a whole routine about the last few days in the nursing home. She was hilarious. · Len was very loving with Edith today. He touched her face and held her hand. She said to me that he is very loving with her but yesterday he told her she was a "right bastard." She was embarrassed because she thought people in the hall could hear. She asked him if he said that to her and he said, "Well, I have to admit, I did say it. But she doesn't realize how she aggravates me. Ohhhhh."
